Adding essential oils to bathwater. Because oils don't mix with water, they must first be dispersed in Epsom salt, milk, or castile soap.
Quick tips
- Mix into Epsom salt before adding to bath
- Use 6–10 drops per bath
- Avoid photosensitive oils before sun exposure
