Diffusing

Add essential oils to an ultrasonic diffuser with water. The device disperses a fine mist that carries the aroma through the room.

Topical

Essential oils applied directly to the skin, always diluted in a carrier oil such as jojoba, coconut, or almond oil.

Bath

Adding essential oils to bathwater. Because oils don't mix with water, they must first be dispersed in Epsom salt, milk, or castile soap.

Inhalation

Direct inhalation from the bottle, a cotton ball, or a steam bowl. Fast-acting and effective for respiratory and mood support.

Spray

Essential oils mixed with water and a dispersant (witch hazel or alcohol) in a spray bottle. Used as room sprays, linen mists, or body mists.

Compress

A cloth soaked in water with a few drops of essential oil, applied to a specific area of the body. Good for localised pain or inflammation.
